Hello there, this is Bestboy here. It's been a while since you've seen me update on this gamejolt page; however, this is mainly for regreading my upcoming game "ZaRush". As of now, development has been slow, but i plan to get back to making the game soon. Heres a few changes to expect for the end product.

Updated Sprites

When development first started, i was school drawing these sprites on a gosh darn mouse. You can tell by how sloppy the drawings looking, and the logo being very off putting (mainly the pizza) I plan to redesign all the sprites, including the logo.

Different game engine

As of now, i still plan to finish development on the training build of the game with scratch; but, i've decided to use a scratch mod called "PenguinMod" which lets me use turbowarp and their own built in plugins so i can make the game 10 times better. 16:9 is planned to be the game's aspect ratio, and other things (i haven't planned it out yet). Eventually i want to try and develop it on Gamemaker, so that i can have more creative freedom and less limitations than scratch. I don't plan to entire remove the scratch version, as it will always remain on this game's pages as the "Training Build".

Better Music

As of now, i've been using a site called WolframTones to make the music. The music i been using is just placeholders. I don't plan to use ai or anything like that for the end product. I'm looking for somebody who can make music for the game. If you're a composer, let me know via Gamejolt DMs. I'll really appreciate it and you will be credited for your music work.

Concluion

These improvements will surely help me make the game 10 times better than when i started. I first developed this game in my computer class i had in semster 1 of 10th grade. It was really fun, and it shown how i sightly gotten better with game development. I had thoughts of expanding ZaRush but i don't want to get too ambitious. There is no current release date as of right now, but i can say it may come out sometime in Febuary or March (that may change depending on what will be going on in my personal life).
